澳门太陽城集团赌城危险预警分子(DAMP)研究中心简介

澳门太陽城集团赌城危险预警分子(DAMP)研究中心成立于2015年,依托澳门太陽城集团赌城附属第三医院,现任实验室主任为唐道林教授。

本研究中心重点研究细胞死亡和DAMP释放的分子机制及其在人类疾病中的作用。以胰腺癌、妇科肿瘤等为主要研究对象,以精准医学模式为指导,以转化研究为纽带,充分利用实验室和临床资源,进行大数据融合、资源整合,汇聚各类研究力量,开展恶性肿瘤以及遗传相关疾病的预测、预防、分子诊断与精准治疗等研究,寻找可用于肿瘤预警早诊的标志及可用于生物治疗和新靶点药物研发的靶标基因。

DAMP实验室位于澳门太陽城集团赌城附属第三医院科研大楼,设有智能化管理系统,实验室由公共服务区和2个独立实验套间组成。公共服务区包括超低温冰箱室、纯化水供应室、标本库、动物实验室以及公共仪器平台。公共仪器平台配有高端分选流式细胞仪、激光共聚焦显微镜、测序仪、小动物光声成像系统、蛋白质谱系统、蛋白层析纯化仪、活细胞成像系统、细胞能量代谢实时检测仪、流式细胞仪、荧光定量PCR仪、激光显微切割仪、高效液相色谱仪、超速冷冻离心机、各型研究级正置/倒置荧光显微镜等大型公用仪器。独立实验套间由细胞培养室、通风柜、实验操作室组成。

实验室技术力量雄厚,通过人才引进和培养,形成一支具有创新能力的研究团队。实验室拥有青年千人1名,珠江学者特聘教授1名,博士研究生导师2名,博士后1名,科研助理1名,博士4名,硕士4名,行政秘书1名。研究中心对细胞死亡、DAMP与肿瘤防治的关键科学问题,开展了系统研究,在Gastroenterology, Science Translational Medicine, Cell Metabolism, Cell Research, Nature Communications, Nature Immunology和 Cell期刊上发表论文160篇,影响因子超700分,参编专著10部。主要学术成绩和贡献如下:1) 创建了HMGB1依赖性自噬理论,为肿瘤耐药逆转提供了新方法;2)鉴定了系列铁死亡调控蛋白,为肿瘤靶向治疗提供了新策略;3)发现了碱死亡,为肿瘤代谢研究提供了新方向;4)筛选了程序性坏死调控新蛋白,为凋亡耐受逆转提供了新手段;5)阐明了焦死亡的免疫代谢分子机制,为感染性疾病防控提供了新思路;6)区分了HMGB1的促癌和抗癌活性,为肿瘤精准医学实施奠定了基础。
