Honest review, product is 5 stars, BUT, customer service is horrible and company misinforms their clients about the product origin.
They claim it is a US based company, the address on the website is made up and shows residential address. The package shows country of origin as China. So basically paying 3 times as much as other suppliers on Ali are charging. But it is honestly a nice product. The finish, the fit, the materials are great.

It took 11 weeks for the mats to come to Canada. When asking about follow ups from customer service, all i get is an I generated , and no real assistance...

They are really nice the material and it matches my seat covers and steering wheel cover perfect., The only issue is that it doesn’t fit my car and even though it asks for car type and everything else to get the exact measurements it’s just not the right size, which was such a huge disappoint. I’m still using them because $200 is not cheap to me. They are really nice and perfect in every way EXCEPT they just don’t fit my car
